Airline Filters
Airline filters can be used in conjunction with other compressor safeguards to deliver cleaner air to supplied-air respirators. Air filters reduce pollutants in the air supplied to workers through respirators. These filters remove mists, water vapours, and particulates from the air supplied by the compressor.
Air enters the filter through the side inlet port. Moisture is removed by expansion in the filter’s outer chamber and passes out through a drain cock at the bottom of the unit. The air is then forced through a filter cartridge which contains several filtering materials including activated charcoal before it passes out through the top of the filter and into the hose leading to the helmet.
Blastline Airline Filter Model BLF-20
The Blastline BLF-20 Airline Filter is designed to provide cleaner breathing air for supplied-air respirator systems. It helps remove oil mist, moisture, odours, organic vapors, and particulate contaminants from compressed air before it reaches the respirator.

Replacement Filters Available
Blastline also supplies replacement filter cartridges (Model 20AF) to maintain optimal filtration performance. Regular replacement ensures a consistent clean-air supply and reliable operation of the airline filter system.
